Return Policy
Due to the nature of our custom products we are unable to accept returns. Each item is hand printed to order. Please review all custom location spellings and/or removed word options are correct before placing your order.
However, if the product is damaged please contact us at orders@frenchgraffiti.com and we will happily work with you on getting a replacement.
Shipping Information
When placing an order, our system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option selected. Depending on the shipping provider selected the ship date may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the product.
